I had to make contact by phone. The person I spoke to as very helpful and well able to sort out the problem I was having. Despatch was quick and the teapot was very well packed indeed, so much so that it took some little time to unpack!
The teapot was of excellent quality, perhaps even better than the description given by Chinasearch! Delighted with the purchase!
