Regrettably the two bowls did not exactly match the picture of the bowl in the advert. Although the pattern on the outside of the bowls was correct the design on the inside was quite different from the picture against which I ordered the bowls. I have, however, accepted the bowls without complaint although I was disappointed.
I am glad I have been able to speak to you today and that you are happy to keep the bowls we sent you. I am sorry that we did not notice that the bowls we sent you were different to the photo on our website. Denby must have changed the design at some point. We will adjust the stock list to show this different version.
