Everything was dealt with very efficiently and helpfully.
It was a little disconcerting when the tracker system said they had not been able to deliver, when this was investigated it transpired that the box had only got as far as Berlin, I was informed that it was something to do with the German system. Chinasearch investigated this for me and reported back to me most helpfully.
As these were sent to Greece I cannot make a judgement as I have not seen them but my friend is very happy with everything
