I've bought from Chinasearch for about 25 years, and have always found their service and customer care to be absolutely first rate. The china is just as described by them, and beautifully packed so it arrives safely.
They're great! I received an email from Chinasearch letting me know they had a quantity of Bredon Hill china in stock, so took the opportunity to add to my dinner service.
