Service was excellent considering I advised that the item was not quite what it really when I ordered it. I refund of the postage has been offered.
Only disappointment. The portmeirion dusk pie dish appears round on the website and it is not described as oval as other items are. I made the suggestion that the website be updated but note that to date it has not.
