After an initial request for a lid for a vegetable dish some three years ago I was contacted. The service offered was fabulous - if the lid did not fit there was no issue in returning it and as I couldn't complete the initial call I was rung back after the weekend in order to confirm and take payment. The lid fits so am thrilled with everything!
