I have not received my goods. Your email for my feedback gives me great concern and will follow up why I have not received my package.
I am sorry that you have not received your order. Looking at the tracking I can see it arrived at the delivery depot on 23 January. I have spoken to the Courier Company and they are going to find out what has happened to your order. We will get back to you as soon as we get more information.
