It was easy to locate what I wanted on the website, and very easy talking my planned purchase through with the member of staff. My parcel arrived promptly and safely, with everything very well packed
Delighted with the replacement, the one I had broken had been a good 'seconds' purchased from Harrods. This one seems superior, but again rather highly priced.
It is a perfect replacement for one accidentally broken, although the price seemed a bit high.
