Easy to use website. Good to know one has a personal packer - who did an excellent job. Everything arrived as stated safe and sound. I was annoyed with myself that I missed any prompt there might have been to reclaim the 10% discount I had been awarded the previous time. (Only remembered when the new voucher arrived with the china).
