You've always been helpful and efficient with my requests, with your team I never thought that distance, the lack of face-to-face communication or the use of internet could be a problem. In a particular instance, I felt pleasantly surprised, when,after a year had passed since my last order, the lady who answered the phone recognised my voice and addressed me by my name before I had time to introduce myself! Very flattering! Also, it is good to know that after so many years I can still find my favorite dinner set plates/items. I sincerely hope this will continue in the future, since I enjoy good quality dinner/tea sets either on special occasions or for daily use and I can no longer afford to buy complete new ones! Not to mention that in our changing times, good bone chine is either too expensive or not produced any more.
