Easy to use to buy replacement but search service seems a bit vague. No confirmation received when starting a search request other than on website and no way of logging back in with details. A comment I had added intended to help with search was printed on delivery label. Was unclear that comment was intended for delivery service!
Bowl was not in as good condition as described. Scratched and 'dirty' from steel marks on inside of bowl.
