Excellent business, enabling us to sustain a dinner service by finding replacements when they are no longer available. Good recycling service! Generally well monitored for quality. I had arranged for collection, but the items had not been packaged in advance of my notified collection date, so I had to wait while they were packaged. On this occasion, unusually, one item initially was missed off, so I was pleased I checked the packing list. Overall though, excellent service and help.
