When I submitted a request for a specific item of Wedgewood Sarah's Garden I was contacted the next day by a very helpful employee who gave me the option of buying a replacement storage jar with a chipped lid as an alternative to the complete item. As I already had a perfect lid, having only broken the jar, I opted for the former with consequent cost saving. The item then arrived, excellently packaged within two days accompanied by the chipped lid (free of charge). As teh lid is only chipped on the inside, it is now a useful spare. I could not have asked for a better service.
