Always been very good. I use you to replace any breakages to my set and usually you cannot tell any difference. The delivery I have just received was to the usual standard except one of the tea plates and I have put comments below regarding it.
I am glad we have been able to resolve this for you and have now processed the refund for you.

Was very disappointed with one of the side plates. It does look different from the others that I have as some parts on the decoration on the top, ie dots and leaves are very dark and stand out - like they have been given a second coat?! It's a shame as all the other things I have ever had from you just sit with all my original pieces and look no different
