Melissa was very helpful but I did have problems in returning the goods. She did all she could to help and I thank her.
Sorry that the collection do not go as planned and you were not happy with the colour of your items. There may be colour variations within a pattern. This could be because they were hand painted in batches, or because production practices have changed over the years.
