Expensive seconds (I did not think I was getting seconds) sent in a nasty wrapped package. Clearly I was ripped of.
'Good' condition may include marked seconds as stated in our buyers guide on our website. From years of experience we have found that, as well as being environmentally friendly, newspaper is one of the best packing materials available.

Seconds were sent, although I thought I was getting good quality china as these were very expensive, and these were cheaply packaged in old newspaper. Not a great company.
