The only comment that it takes it from excellent is, that maybe an email to let you know your order is on the way, would be helpful. The china was packed well and there was no breakage. The ordering process was easy and swift. Delivery was within the time stated. Thankyou!
I did wonder how they would rate the quality but it was the same as the rest in my set. As it is 28 years old I was impressed!!! I would say it was better than "Good" quality.
