My Denby Encore design is sadly discontinued but Chinasearch often has a good range of various items available in this design. I have used Chinasearch a few times to replace items that have sadly got chipped or broken over the years. I was pleased to find the tea side plate in stock and all in very good condition, as described. Definitely recommend.

The mugs were perfect, just what I’d been looking for. The only gripe I have is with the delivery company Parcel Force. I was told the delivery would be on a particular afternoon so I waited in. No vehicle came up our quiet cul-de-sac. I received a text saying the driver was sorry that I had not been in to receive the parcel so it had been dropped off at a local post office!! And to follow the instructions on the card which had been posted through the door!! No card as no delivery driver had been anywhere near our house. My husband had to go to the post office to collect the goods, which were too heavy for me. In my mind this is very poor service. The driver was just too lazy to come to our door and decided to drop the parcel off with others to save making individual deliveries. If I was the boss of Chinasearch, I’d be looking for another delivery company!!

In 1985 we bought Denby Encore dinner service, tea service, mugs, egg cups, salt and pepper pots, serving dishes, cereal bowls, fruit bowls etc: etc: We have used them every day since then and have just recently had to replace two dinner plates and one cereal bowl only because they slipped out of my hands and chipped. Excellent replacements from Chinasearch. Beryl Allinson. Hampshire.

We have had a Denby Encore plates and bowls for many years. Broke two at Christmas and pleased that Chinasearch could send good quality replacements so promptly.
