  Apr 30th 2021Although service was v good, the product was poor: very old cups with crazed glaze. The product description needed to specify that these were of an ancient design that isn't dishwasher-proof, and that the glaze was in weak condition. I can't use these cups.

  elizabeth jewittMar 10th 2021Repeated from first box.. The Spode tea-cup was a big disappointment. It was said to be very good condition, but is actually a very good condition second.. The transfer is partially on the handle and there are blue spots on the white inside the cup. You surely need to inform when the item is an obvious second..?? The reason I don't buy new Spode is because production has moved and quality has dropped. I'm not wanting to collect seconds!! You charged me nearly 20GBP for this item.. I actually would have asked to return it but costs to do so run too high for it to be worthwhile. A pity this happened.
