Straightforward order process for a product which is not widely available.

It took a very long time to deliver my order. This may be because of the difficulty of getting the products from Germany in the first place, or the need to wait until there was a big enough collective order to put to the manufacturers. Could have been explained, though.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry your order took longer than first expected. Unfortunately because of the change in customs orders have been taking longer to come in from Germany.
