Chinasearch was a great find for me. They have kept me supplied with replacements for my favourite tableware for several years. I searched for a while looking for replacement Villroy Boch table wear. Chinasearch (nothing to do with China) popped up down a list of other suppliers and I almost did not bother to investigate. I am so pleased I did. Too many web sites suffer from the desire to cram the screen with "helpful" information and numerous pages. Chinasearch was refreshingly simple and easy to navigate. Prices were excellent compared to some other sites. Payment and delivery were equally slick.

Have used prior to this purchase, to replace items lost or damaged from the original set we have. Always seem to have what was needed, quick response and service. Will be back again for some other items when I can afford them.

Parcel arrived well backed

They conducted a search for my mugs as they are a discontnued line. It took a little while to find them, but they didn't give up. I received them very well packaged and I am very pleased with them . Thanks for your diligent searching.
