Not quite like the ones I purchased 20 years ago
Let me say first that I'm very grateful to have the 5 additional Arctic White dinner plates. The reasons I didn't feel I could give more stars are that it took 6 months for my order to be filled and the plates are much thicker and the pattern isn't as distinct in the plates. The detail just doesn't show up. Somehow the quality control just wasn't there. I've ordered from this company before and even though I'm in the US, it's less expensive to order from the factory and pay duty from England than to buy on Replacements Ltd. which is in the US. The plates were packed well and there was nothing broken.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry this order took longer than first expected to come in to us from Noritake in Japan. Unfortunately the situation at the moment has caused some delays. There can be slight differences if a pattern is made over a long period of time, this can be down to different manufacturing techniques.

Over-large boxes
I ordered 1 teaspoon and 2 knives. Unfortunately I didn't order them at the same time, though it was the same day and I assumed they would put the two orders together. They came in two separate boxes, far too large for the contents: a waste of packaging. The cutlery themselves were in excellent condition and arrived in very good time.

No notification of availability.
The actual purchase went smoothly enough. However, I had put in a request for this china previously and although it was acknowledged no-one advised me when the plates became available. I only found this out when I ran a new search engine enquiry.

All very user friendly and easy
The service was good. I had to wait a while for the items but I was advised of that fact before I placed my order, so I was fine with it. In actual fact it arrived quite a bit sooner than they said.

Service okay but extremely disappointed that there was a chip on the underside edge of the mustard pot which wasn’t mentioned.

China plates
I think the item was a "2nd" as it had a sticker on it and a few blemishes. I do not remember seeing anything in the description relating to this. Maybe I'm mistaken?

Thank you for your feedback. The plates you bought from us were in our good condition and would have had a yellow sticker on them to denote this. We do include factory marked seconds in this grade. We are always happy to have items back if you do not wish to keep them.

OK but late
My order was, eventually, delivered safely. The fulfilment was delayed by several weeks without explanation. Only when I phoned did Chinasearch deliver a few days later. Their explanation was that, even though their website marked these items as 'available' this did not mean they were actually in stock. I find this misleading.

Great service but disappointed with quality of product
I was rather disappointed with the quality of the item. The description said that it was ‘good’ yet it has a slight chip which I was not expecting. The colours are faded and don’t match my existing set well.

Good service at the time I ordered and items delivered well packaged. I was disappointed that the items couldn't be reserved for me whilst the search was made for many other items - Delivery to Switzerland is expensive when you also have to add on import tax. One package even if I'd had to wait a while, would have been much better. I would have been happy to pay to have the items 'held' for me. The Wedgwood Candlelight plates are perfect - Very good condition, as promised. The Spode tea-cup was a big disappointment. It was said to be very good condition, but is actually a very good condition second.. The transfer is partially on the handle and there are blue spots on the white inside the cup. You surely need to inform when the item is an obvious second..?? The reason I don't buy new Spode is because production has moved and quality has dropped. I'm not wanting to collect seconds!! You charged me nearly 20GBP for this item.. I actually would have asked to return it but costs to do so run too high for it to be worthwhile. A pity this happened.

Bowls didn’t match
Bought 3 bowls but when I received them was disappointed to find they were much heavier than the ones I already have didn’t feel like bone China so returned them returned process was straightforward staff v helpful
