Descriptions generally accurate; items well-packed. But baffled by the practice of putting abundant stickers & tape on surfaces (some were even on the decorations). They left stubborn residues that could not be removed by mild detergent or light oil; when they could be peeled off, some of the glaze was stripped off. Very disappointing.

We got an extra invoice on tax and VAT that we where not aware off, this made the deal a lot less lucurative and I do not understand why we have to pay taxes on used goods? At least we should have gotten a clear notice about this!

I value the facility for them to search for the China for me but I have received no notification that they have or haven’t found the items yet, I think their prices are high.

I'm pleased with the overall condition of the sugar bowl but less happy with the lid which is not a good fit and rattles when the bowl is lifted. I appreciate your good packaged which ensured the bowl arrived without any mishaps.

Service ok but the storage jar had a really poor seal. Thus should have been pointed out. It is important for storage.

I thought your delivery of a item took too long I have been waiting over a month and it still hasn’t arrived!!!!

Timing was poor. By the time I had received email and shopped on line the larger plates had already been sold!

The last two orders were delayed due, I understand, to problems with the manufacturer. Whilst this is in no way Chinasearch’s fault, there was an absence of communication from the company which was very annoying. Only after resorting to a carefully worded email of complaint, on my behalf, was a response forthcoming. I will say that due to the concerns expressed by the Chinasearch employee in their response, coupled with a history of excellent service, I will certainly use them again. I can only hope by then they have appropriate systems in place to update customers on any delays!

The first info I was given was the order would take + - 4 weeks. In fact it took 8. Wasnt happy about that.

The cake slice was good but the wrong design was sent (mallard duck rather than the white duck I ordered). I ended up getting the original recipient of the gift something else and we gave it to a different person. Was just a bit of a pain but still a very good quality product.

Are Chinasearch behind the ridiculous eBay "auction" which I suspect was a complete sham? Or are they two separate organisations both selling on eBay?

The plates arrived promptly, were very well-wrapped and are fine. However, they are G - good condition - and I ordered VG - very good. The email receipt just gave the amount charged, so I didn’t pick up on the mistake until too late. I am keeping them, but will be careful to check and double-check next time.

Well I was initially impressed as I was looking primarily for cups to supplement our old breakfast set. The promise was that a search by China Search would throw up some cups, but all we have received we’re two saucers that we also wanted but no reports on the cups!

Excellent service but marked down because of extortionate prices - they've got you over a barrel!

Good product well wrapped and accurately described. Expensive and a little slow on dispatch.

Delivery of item ordered was fine. However, I had problems changing my search, thought I'd managed to change it, and then had email asking me to confirm search for both what I now wanted and what I don't now want

Delayed delivery ,had to chase but got email updates Didn’t realise there was a long lead time at time of placing order It was wedding gift so delivery date was key

Order was great, packaging was fantastic but 6 months delivery time is off putting.

You sent me the wrong size mug,so l am still waiting for the mini mug l ordered . However , otherwise a great service

The packaging was great, but a crack in one of the cups disappointed.

It took a very long time to deliver my order. This may be because of the difficulty of getting the products from Germany in the first place, or the need to wait until there was a big enough collective order to put to the manufacturers. Could have been explained, though.
