Recently they have been below there normal high standard, they have not informed me of deliveries until after the item has been delivered and in some cases not at all, this is reflected in the two stars.

I am still waiting for one plate. First time round one of the plates I ordered was incorrect.

The plate was good standard but I was not told there was no stamp on the underside so I was very disappointed. Normally I have been very pleased with items.

Not good condition
The dish had numerous small marks in the glaze due to previous use. Not what I would describe as good condition.

delivery instructions on package too small
My package appears to have been delivered even without me being home. The delivery instructions on the package were too tiny - they should have been large and bold.

Thank you for your feedback. Adress and delivery information is automatically scanned onto the Royal Mail system so we have no control over the size of font used. I am sorry that they did not follow the delivery instructions given this time.

Cheated.
The goods provided were/are all good and that is fine. However, I feel cheated by your organisation having purchased several mugs and then to be informed 2 days later that they would be in the sale at something like a third of the price I paid. Your organisation would have known that would take place and still did not notify me or forward some reduction. This does not bode well for any future business between us so Chinasearch has the opportunity to redress this scenario.

Once items go on sale we do email customers that have an interest in the pattern, with details of the offer. I am sorry this has not worked well for you this time when you ordered online. Please call me if you require of further assistance.

The response received is most unsatisfactory and I remain most dissatisfied and remain feeling cheated with no clear effort on behalf of Chinasearch to redress the matter. It does not bode well for the impressions I shall give of the organisation and they do not seem to care.

Jane from Chinasearch has contacted me and effected a highly satisfactory resolution to the issues. Consequently, my view of the organisation is now substantially different from the previous comments. China search have now been very fair and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I am very happy with the product but v unhappy with parcelforce. It took many phone calls - at least 8 being redirected and redirected to arrange a redelivery - and it was delivered on a day I has said I was going away and did not want another aborted delivery. Luckily we were still at home and could take delivery. I had initially asked for the parcel to be left in a safe place but I was not advised this could not be done without a signature

Great customer care. An excellent service.
I had actually ordered something different, but had a phone call to say that when they went to pick it, it was not as advertised. The person I spoke to was very helpful and talked me through alternatives. I ordered something else and it arrived promptly in excellent condition. Very pleased.

Excellent service but the mug is a dud.
Excellent and helpful service but, alas, the mug I received was a very poor imitation of the original – thick, heavy porcelain with a course clumsy transfer of the botanical print.

disappointed that these difficult to get hold off bowls were unusable.
By packaging their products more securely. two out of the three bowls were broken on arrival. In my opinion there should be more padding between the bowls and I can't understand why bubble wrap isn't used. having said that the refund service was excellent.

I am sorry that there was not enough packing between the bowls which is what seems to have caused the problem .This has been passed onto the packing department. Having tried various packing materials over the years we find newspaper is the best stock absorber and can be easily re-cycled.

It can sometimes take a while to find discontinued items as it depends on what is available for us to find. As well as customers selling to us we have a network of people around the country that look on our behalf. We will keep on searching until we find the items and will contact you when stock is available.

Disappointment
I received notification via telephone call that my pattern was in and then got an e-mail indicating the plates were being held for me for 2 weeks. I rang 6 days later and the plates had already been sold to someone else. Fortunately the salad plates were still there but I really wanted the dinner plates as well. The staff person who helped me was knowledgeable.

Disappointed in a usually great service
The item I ordered was a Blackberry sauce boat from Marks and Spencer.which was delivered promptly and very well packed. Unfortunately it was a fruit bowl and was the wrong pattern.I returned it immediately and was assured that the error would be corrected straight away. Two days later the replacement arrived..It was a sauce boat but not the right pattern. I can accept that errors are occasionally made but twice running suggests lack of care or perhaps training of staff in the right department The lady I dealt with was very apologetic and went to the stock room to sort it out personally .The correct item has now arrived. I do hope that you will be able to find some large blackberriy dinner plates for me and that no more errors like this will occur

Wrong china sent!
The wrong china was sent! To their credit, the correct set was then sent quickly. However,having to fit it round the collection service to return the wrong china was an inconvienence. So all in all,not the good experience this time that I`d had before with Chinasearch.

After my wife ordered from you I had a look on Ebay. I ordered 12 ramekin dishes at a cost of £3.75 each including postage and perfect quality. They arrived 2 days later. The three ordered from you cost £7.75 each and arrived over a week later.

I had stuff to sell as well as buy but they never did come back to me about it. When I took the selling crockery to them, it turned out they didn't want it, but the lady who told me was really quite unpleasant.
