Had been hunting for these two soup plates for months to complete service in time for a special event planned at home at the end of lockdown.,Items arrived exactly as shown, very well packaged - used all the newspaper for the fire - and delivered exactly on time.

It would be nice to have it delivered. When we have it we shall be happy to comment further

Unhappy with service

I badly want some replacements of the Barton series and have bought a few very small plates. The others that are promoted as being on sale are not available over a considerable time. Am I wasting my time?

The round platter arrived smashed and broken. The other smaller pieces were fine.

I thought the service was excellent

The products and prices are good but to charge £17.95 for postage to Northern Ireland is a rip off especially when it took over a week to arrive,I won't be using them again,I used to send parcels to Northern Ireland from London and our charge was £10.00 up to 25 kilo and free of charge over £50

I have not received this product yet or any notice if it has been dispatched.

I AM DELIGHTED THAT CHINASEARCH WAS ABLE TO SOURCE AND PROMPTLY DELIVER THE DENBY SOUP BOWLS I WANTED TO COMPLETE A SET. I WILL GLADLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS.

Stuck me with brokerage freeze not impressed. If you don't have a customs broker and expect the customer to pay at least give us a heads up.

The mugs I bought are not the same shape as the original ones, not what I was expecting at all. They simply don't match my exsisting ones, they look cheap dispite the high price paid. The return postage from France plus postage paid to deliver make returning them pointless. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Where is the tea cup I ordered to go with the saucer you sent me??

Excellent service

The service was efficient.However, ordered 4 saucers, you described their condition as "fair". I consider that only one met that criteria & one of them was very badly scratched & marked. I consider that saucer was not good enough for re sale & certainly not at £3.

The item I was sent didnt match the item shown or described in the picture - it was a different style. I asked for the original item to be provided as an exchange for the returned item, got no response, let alone explanation or apology. But they did refund my purchase quickly and return postage was paid for automatically.

I had ordered a tea cup that should have been bell shaped and received a tea cup that was pear shaped!

Firstly I found a deal that I searched on the internet and was taken to chinasearch, then the deal was an old one! Or so I was told. The deal didn’t exist but I ended up purchasing a different set. This took over a month for delivery as it was new Denby but his was not stated at time of purchase. Communication was good, and a refund offered, however, a frustrated customer that just wanted his order.

Suger pot is too big. I can not use. This is like planter. Tea cups are good.

Visited your shop, very pleasant and helpful staff member, speedy service. Very happy with the whole experience.

The items were as described but I now see they were VERY expensive compared to other identical items I have found. I really wish I had searched more thoroughly. It is unlikely I would use this service again in view of the high prices.
