Quick and item was well packed although I think it was a second originally as it was not completely flat in one place but as it was 60% I accept it.

Dear sir and madame, I noticed that your shipments is already delayed by weeks. According to the parcel tracing it seems to be stuck in customs since March. Do you have any idea what the problem could be? Did you issue a customs clearance when sending the package to germany? Best regards Maria Luisa Baroni

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you have not received your order. It should clear customs shortly. There have been some delays due to parts of Germany on lockdown and the depots that are open are coping with more parcels than normal.

I gave you one star for quick delivery. However, I ordered two Eternal Bow items and was shocked and disappointed to receive some cheap pieces that were not real Eternal Bow, and, in fact, weren’t even china. Some form of melamine.

There were a lot of different items produced in this pattern and some of the kitchen items were made from Melamine. We do state if an item is made of Melamine on our website. On the original e-mail I got it showed 9 1/2" plates. The plates I got were the 11 1/2" version. Nowhere did it say when I ordered them that they were not the plate size shown in the original e-mail. Then to make it worse Chinasearch wanted me to pay to return the plates. Mis-leading and false sales material very disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. When we sent the email the 9 1/2" plates were in stock. These were no longer available when you placed your order a couple of days later. The order conformation email would have shown that you ordered the 11 1/2" plates. Sorry for any misunderstanding, you are welcome to return these items as previously offered.

Thank you for your response. Being Brexit-ready is a challenge for companies who are unable to keep large amounts of stock in an EU depot. Will let you know when received.
