Unimpressed! I ordered Royal Worcester Serendipity. Sent wrong plate
Send what the client ordered. Don’t argue about refunding items when the error is yours. I ordered Serendipity, was sent Coop. Won’t be buying from you again.

Enormous delay in receiving goods (should have come in May, ended up receiving in October). I understand the supply chain issues that have faced the UK this year, but don’t understand why Chinasearch couldn’t keep me informed when the stock they were expecting kept being delayed. I had to phone them repeatedly through the year to find out what was going on - why couldn’t they be more proactive in keeping me up to date?

Not met my expectations
Order number:- CS397710 The item I purchased was dispatched 10 days ago and I still have not recieved it, this may be due to Royal Mail but in any event the service thus far has not met my expectations. Perhaps asking me to do a review before I recieved my goods was not the best idea, perhaps asking if clients had recieved the goods in the first instance may have been the best thing to do

Unfortunately my piece arrived broken. I have taken some photos of it on the day I opened the package. It has been a very busy couple of weeks around my house so I have not had time to actually deal with this situation. In all fairness I will complete another review once I have hopefully resolved this issue. Greta

i w as told there were coupe soups available but when they arrived they were small fruit dishes i used to work for royal doulton so know what size .a coupe soup is could not be bothered to return so gave them my grandaughter for her baby to have her food .

Hi. Previous delivery (in 2020) worked very well. But last order made and confirmed 6th May has not been received yet (27th May). I'm not sure if Chinasearch is now suffering from Brexit challenges or using another supplier for logistics?

No, I meant to rate it 5*. My only point would be that the china's gold is a little faded but otherwise i am delighted to have these items. they were a collection of my mother's and she would have be so happy that i have replaced the broken pieces she had. Thank you.

The service was great, but the product was terrible. The glazing on the cups was crazed, and they were of very old make (non-dishwasher-proof: this needed to be specified in the product description).
