Counterfeit version of cup received instead of the real one

I received a fake version of a cup they advertised that I purchased. The one I received had absolutely no stamp on the bottom and also had the blue line that normally goes around the rim of the cup painted in the wrong area below the rim. It was totally fake. Upon my request I did receive the full refund. However the overall experience was not good and I would not buy from them again.

We are aware there are 2 different backstamps on items in this pattern and that sometimes items can slightly vary if from different batches. We are not sure why this cup did not a backstamp. Too long to wait for order fukfillment

Item delay was 6 months long. Would not buy and pay for goods that are not in stock again

Sorry that the Bread Street bowls took much longer than anticipated. Both ourselves and Royal Doulton were out of stock at time of ordering. From time to time this happens and I apologise for this. I received something different to what was expected. I thought I had ordered an orange pepper pot, and got an orange instead - quite unlike the salt pot I needed pairing.

I have ordered sevral Villeroy and Boch plates and sauces and almost 1 month later have still not been delivered. I am very furstrated about the situation and have spent quite a lot of money. I have written an e-mail and am waiting for some explanation. I hope I will either be delivered soon or reimbursed of the full amount and expenses.

My package arrived broken. The deliverer forced it into my letter box

Chinasearch itself gave excellent service. The problem was with the delivery. I wasn’t home when the parcel arrived and the delivery person forced it into my letter box, which was too small for it. The plate was broken. I need a replacement please. Louise

Terrible and unprofessional

Not impressed that I had to pay extra for suties which had the package stuck at the border for an extra few weeks then when it arrived at destination, as a gist, the recipient had to pay shipping and handling. Was that a double dip?!absolutely will never purchase from you again. Hidden costs

As all international orders are shipped from the UK, local import charges may be required to receive an order. Yes I received the package late Friday and thankfully the plates were whole and packed very well so I am not coplaining about your service you have been great but it was a good job that the plates were not spoiled by water and were packed well as the box was battered and even the packaging paper was soggy
