Bad purchase I put it as a experience losing £10 pound unnecessarily
It was very bad : I have ordered a plate & I got saucer in stead & don’t know what to do with it

Fedex did not deliver as promised, 13.2.23. New status 15.2.
Fedex promised delivery 13.2 before 18 pm. Now new status 15.2. We need to be at home so this is not god. Yesterday the status was « delayed»

Hoge BTW en hoge invoerrechten
Je mag BTW betalen in Engeland en daarnaast in Nederland. Extreem hoge invoerrechten en nogmaals BTW. Op een order van 200 euro, 74 euro invoerrechten en BTW betaald. Het is absoluut niet de moeite waard om iets uit Engeland te importeren . Ze moeten de goederen exclusief BTW aanbieden voor Europa.

We have had ongoing postal strikes here in the UK since September of last year, which has unfortunately held up the export of lots of Royal Mail parcels. We are keeping an eye on the tracking and if you have not received it by Monday we will be in contact with you.

The wrong house number was on my address label, so delivery of parcel failed 3 times before I eventually received it So annoying to have to wait home for parcel so many times

the plates are as different as black and white and neither match any of the Chatsworth that I have and I have a lot of Chatsworth

Erst die Ware, dann das Geld! Für zwei Untersetzer und einen Frühstücksteller mit Versand und Fee fast 50 Euro - eine Unverschämtheit. Und bis heute keine Ware bei mir.

i am still waiting for my order to arrive, this might be the postal strikes, but I did order it well before they started, I live in hope they might arrive but too late for the xmas present they were meant to be.

The items have not been delivered. They were returned to the Parcelforce depot which is a 40 min drive from me. Sorry, but I’m not prepared to travel that far. Why didn’t they leave the parcel with my neighbour?

They are selling products they don't have. I placed an order in January and received the items end of November. Not the best option if you're in a rush.

Not the same as other plates in the set
The plate is not the same shape as my existing ones. The curvature of the edge is not as steep therefore it doesn’t sit correctly when stacked on the others. Not sure if these are seconds but I wouldn’t recommend buying them unless you have seen what you are buying

Sometimes there can be slight variations if a pattern is made over a period of time this can be due to different production methods. Please let us know if you would like to return this plate.
