Twice wrong size item
Thank you for your feedback. I can see you ordered the tea cup that is 3 1/4" wide across the top and 2 1/4" high. Are you able to measure the cup we sent you?

No saucer
No saucer with cup
We do sell tea cups and tea saucers separately, so that individual pieces can be replaced as needed. Sorry you didn’t spot this when you ordered; please call us on 01926 512402 if you wish to return the cup.

Disappointed as always been pleased in past.
Paid top price for very good condition for two dinner plates. Black marks on the plain mustard yellow band, covered by green stickers. Plates had obviously been purchased as seconds when new. I’d have returned them had I not needed for a dinner party that week. Disappointed, as other china purchased previously has been excellent.

I have been on the list for replacement Denby plates for a considerable amount of time - China Search regularly update me and at long last have got my replace tin plates - excellent service.

You used fedex to deliver my stuff, and they did not manage to do so -on time - i am not happy with that - I would prefer a pick up place as you have used in the past

Arrived Broken - poor packing
Bowls arrived in a hundred pieces. They were packed poorly with no padding between them. Such a shame because I had been looking for the bowls for some time. However, customer service was great. I sent a photo of the broken bowls and they credited my account the same day.

Searched for Jamie Oliver big fella plate and ordered but I received the small side plate. Couldn’t find the confirmation email to challenge it.
Thank you for your feedback. I can see that you ordered a 19cm plate Jamie Oliver for Churchill. The pattern was originally made by Royal Worcester and the Big Fella plate was 30cm. The pattern is now being produced by Churchill and the largest plate they are making is 27cm.
