First of all the efficiency of the people I dealt with; they were kind, patient, helpful, of good advice and extremely efficient. They went out of their way to check all the items I had been looking at. Secondly, the packaging was very professional and all items arrived safely and in one piece. Last but not least, the pictures on their web site correspond to the reality and I received exactly what I was expecting.
