It was in excellent condition. I was given a choice of 2 and chose the one that was rated excellent.

The purchasing experience was excellent. The cup however, while looking the same, is a thicker china compared to my current set. Dimensions are basically the same (I was attentive to the discussion about the sizes - now I wonder if I still chose the wrong one). But frankly it's the same size just not as fine. No one else will notice.

Bit surprised with the post and packing charge. I contacted them as to send by Parcel Force would have been a lot cheaper ( even with all the packing) but was told it had to go by carrier. When it was delivered, by the postman, the invoice was marked P/F. What does that indicate? I had paid almost the price of another cup for delivery. Hence the 4 stars. I purchased 3 cups but it could have been 4.

The crockery that I required was no longer made so I was delighted when Chinasearch found some for me!
