Vista Alegre Paco Real

Vista Alegre Paco Real

This new collection is the cooperation of Vista Alegre and the Palácio Nacional da Ajuda (museum of decorative arts) in the city of Lisbon and results in a colourful collection of great historical and cultural value.

Inspiration came from the palace that used to be the home of the Portuguese Royal family in the reign of King Luis (1861-1889) until the end of the Monarchy (1910) the collection was inspired by a dinnerware service featuring a coat of arms (19th century) belonging to the palace collection. These pieces showcase fruit hanging on leaves in bright colours and are enhanced with gold showcasing the wealth they had.
