Sadly these 8 items were a mixed collection, three of the saucers were not as the other five? I couldn't accept them, but Jane at Chinasearch attended to it swiftly, sourcing three more to make up the total that I'd ordered and had them delivered in no time,so whilst I wasn't happy with some of the saucers, it was quickly resolved by Jane in the professional way that is clearly how this company operate. And that's good in my book.

On Christmas day my mother-in-law broke her mothers jam pot. Shw was incredibly upset. I re-assured her it would be OK. Went online, found chinasearch, found the manufacturer, discovered they had 3 identical items in stock, ordered it (for £10 +P&P) and it came before New Year. Happy Mother-in-law, Christmas saved, Ive got some brownie points and the whole service was simple. THANK YOU
