The quality of the China is good although I did get seconds this time. Not sure if it was my mistake but not realising this, but the price I paid was probably over priced. But in the end if you need to make a set up you have to go with it.

The bowl is in excellent condition - like unused - and was carefully packed with a fragile sticker to ensure that it was not damaged en route. This is very important as post from the UK to Guernsey are sent by a West Atlantic plane from Bournemouth which lands at around 06:30 and should be delivered that day.

Wonderful finding a company that stocked this china which was discontinued many years ago and enabled me to replace broken items from my set of Hampstead china which were wedding gifts for my previous marriage back in 1987. Unfortunately the retailer in Guernsey who was the sole agent for Royal Doulton did not let us know, as premised, when the range was discontinued so we could not buy any items they had in stock.

Was delighted to find both the oatmeal/cereal/soup bowl and the fruit saucer which enabled me to bring my set of Hampstead dishes up to 6 again as unfortunately four bowls had been broken or badly damaged since. they were given to my late husband and me as wedding gifts back in 1987.

Yes top qualities items were found to the add to the ones I already have.

They are exactly what I wanted and arrived in perfect condition having been well packed for dispatch.
