I thought this company had forgotten me but as soon as they had acquired the China plate I needed they were in touch. Their customer service is brilliant and the packing of said china was exemplary. Thank you

They were honest about the quality of the plate which had been used. On very close inspection I could just see the tiniest piece of the border gold missing. I now have a full dinner service again which I am thrilled about.
