Excellent Service

I was pleasantly surprised when I had received the alert that the plate I was looking for was available for purchase - I had put in the request over a year ago and hadn't expected to hear again. When the notice came through and the personal call trying to help me secure it as quickly as possible I was surprised and thrilled, seeing as I still hadn't found it. This is a great service and I would recommend it to anyone trying to fill any holes they might have in their china set.
