A remarkable service in every way

I broke the lid on a very special playing card box and checked Google to see if I could locate another; I came across Chinasearch. I phoned and got thtrough straight away to a very helpful lady who said they hadn't got the box in stock but did have 4 lids! I purchased one - after we checked the measurements - and it arrived meticulously packaged. Lo and behold - my treasured box is once again whole. What a wonderful, efficient and remarkable service.
