Excellent Service

I have been very impressed that they have kept in touch with me for quite a long time and continued searching for a piece of china that has been very hard to get hold of. They have persisted in the search and eventually it turned up.They then reserved it for me until they had contacted me to see if I still wanted it. When I rang them back to say I did it was sent immediately in perfect condition and beautifully and securely packed. Indeed full marks to them.
