I ordered one shipment of four items of which two were in stock and two needed to be made. As we were in the middle of the pandemic I assumed nothing would happen for months but was pleasantly surprised to get a call to explain when the parcel would be ready to despatch, with an option to take those in stock earlier. All arrived as promised. Thank you!
