Very helpful. Good documentation included with delivery and on-line. Got one incorrect item due to human picking error. But importantly this was put right immediately using 24 hour express delivery. Good packaging, would have needed a steamroller to break ! Said not to return incorrect item as not cost effective. Couldn't be better in any way.
