Excellent Service

Was given a Royal Worcester (seconds) dinner service for my 18th birthday but pieces lost in a move. For my 50th, friends and family have clubbed together to replace missing items through Chinasearch. It's effortless to navigate their website and the customer service is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for Kaye who even arranged a return for a large piece (tureen wih lid) that I realised wasn't the right item when it arrived.
