Staff very helpful especially as I had a problem completing the order after losing bank cards. The plate I wanted was held until new cards arrived. I completed the order over the phone and the plate was dispatched promptly. It was beautifully and securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

I recently moved house and one of the plates was broken on the move. I thought of repairing the plate but then remembered buying replacements for my sister's dinner service some years ago.
