Great company let down by parcel force

Chinasearch as a company has always been amazing but each time I struggle with Parcelforce which has no contactable person to discuss delivery options. 1. card left without reference number 2. card left with number so redelivery ordered at cost of £5.70 - Website site claimed they would contact via email to collect 3. no contact after a week so I went in again and tried a second redirect - this time to be contacted via mobile 4. parcel left at work without needing payment but only after a lot of time wasted Please consider using a better delivery service This is not a complaint but to help your customer experience

I am sorry to hear the delivery of your order did not go as smoothly as it should have done. We are always happy to contact Parcel Force for customers if there are delivery problems. I am not sure why they were asking for a charge for re-delivery. For the inconvenience caused we will refund you for the postage on this order.
