Excellent service from Chinasearch

i recently had a delivery from Chinasearch where there were two items missing. On contacting Chinasearch by phone this was quickly rectified and the two missing items were despatched quickly. I would have given five stars but again the service from Parcelforce let the whole system down. The items arrived in Portugal two weeks ago and have sat in the depot for this length of time. After a phone call querying the whereabouts, again I have exemplary service from Chinasearch. Even checking the status of my parcel several times a day listed my parcel as “missing”.....it eventually arrived without notice so it was lucky I was at home!
