I had difficulty getting my card approved from my credit union due to a hold by the institution for possible fraud, even though I had ordered from China Search a few months earlier. I couldn’t not get through to my credit union due to automated calls. I called China Search in England. Although I didn’t leave a message, they returned my call. Talk about a prompt reply. Each time I’ve ordered, the pieces came well packed with no chips or nicks. Thank you China Search!
