Yes I have told all my friends about your excellent service. I received a call from Chinasearch, all the way from UK to Aus because there was a minor flaw ( incorrect name printed on coffee pot)in the piece I had ordered. The call was to see if I still wanted the piece. The flaw did not effect the piece at all so of course I proceeded with the purchase. The coffee pot was so well packaged when it arrived .
