Goods good - delivery bad

The service and the response was very good. There were minor errors when reviewed the order (e.g. German spelling) but they were corrected without delay. The items were as good as I expected but the delivery service was poor. I got no house delivery and no note about the failed delivery. I had to make emails and calls to trace the parcel. It is a well-known fact that the final part is done by dubious sub-sub- contractors at low wages. The result is very frustrating.
