Excellent Service

Jane was an absolute star ..... or should I say 5 star!!! I had waited in all day awaiting delivery, then she phoned to explain that my parcel had been delivered to the wrong depot. This was irritating (to say the least!) but one doesn't mind so much when one is kept in the loop, and it's explained! Thank you, Jane!
