5 stars! I was devastated to break one of my precious china cups from my teaset. In desperation for a replacement went on a "google" search and came across "ChinaSearch". Without any great expectation I found the exact replacement piece, ordered, and within 11days, "Mel" had confirmed my order, notified me of the despatch date and the china safely arrived all the way over the other side of the world in New Zealand. Delighted. Highly recommend. Thank you to Mel and everyone else who made this happen.
